Well-writen article presenting the math for gate-drivers/super buffers driving capacitive loads. The article present an inverter chain of N scaled with a factor. It gives the reader an idea of how to actually implement and work with integrated gate-drivers.

Unfortunately the theory employed in Veendrick is used for earlier CMOS technologies with reasonably long channels, the theory is therefore not entirely applicable to modern fabrication processes.
