The article describes synthesis of the hybrid thin film by preparing first matric by photopolymerization, and then adding copolymers and TEOS initiating sol-gel reaction. The large part of the articles is devoted to study an influence of the co-polymers molecular weight. Transparency, homogeneity, and surface properties were evaluated by water contact angle measurement, SEM, and AFM.
